Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for purchases, but rather offer you a chance to exchange the item for something else if it is unopened and within 7 days upon receiving of your item(s). Whether it’s a manufacturer’s defect or a problem with missing parts, please email us at providing your order number and screenshots of the defect will help greatly too. All returned items need to be in its original packaging and in a sellable condition as original proof of purchase. Do note, slight colour discrepancies resulting from difference in computer or mobile screen resolution does not amount to defect in product. 

Pre-orders and sale items are final and cannot be cancelled.

Exchanged & Return 

We understand that it can be hard shopping for that perfect fit for your little ones. We therefore allow size exchanges for apparel* and footwear within 14 business days of your purchase either in person or at your own expenses (returning and delivery for courier service). Unless there is an error in your order, the expenses for returning and delivery of the exchanged item via shipping/courier will be on seller. Apparel and all products under 'SALE' do not qualify for exchange.  For us to facilitate an exchange (with defect), the apparel or item must be unworn, unused and unwashed with original tags/label attached. Do inform us within 14 business days of your purchase. Please contact us at [email protected].

*For hygiene purposes, swimwear, masks and intimates cannot be exchanged.
